REFUND POLICY

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:  
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to exchange or accept returns of shipped or used items. Once an order is shipped, we cannot cancel, refund, or exchange the item(s).  

Lost, Missing or Returned Packages:  
Once your order is processed, a tracking number is sent immediately. This will be used to ensure the safe delivery of your package. Once your order is shipped, we have no control over lost packages, but we will do our best to work with the carrier to resolve shipping issues. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.
